This is what happens when I have a really bad day: I cook a really good meal. Pork roast with homemade gravy, homemade cheese grits, and asparagus. OMFG
This morning’s harvest: a chili pepper, cherry tomatoes, white striped eggplant, leeks, carrots, carrots, and more carrots!
When @99MercyLess and I went to Ten Thousand Waves spa in Santa Fe last fall, they had cucumber-infused water. I’ve just remembered this wonderful use for all my excess cucumbers!
